The resort forms the boundary with the contiguous Corbett National Park making it uniquely wild and natural. This 4 star property is situated in Swaldeh village in Ram Nagar near Jim Corbett National Park.

Spread across the 3 acres of massive land, the resort filled with green vegetation and massive landscapes making it best place to stay in the vicinity. When we say unique, we mean Mini orchards, major landscapes and pristine water bodies flowing through it making it no different to its name-Signature.  Check into the soothing rooms of the resort while giving a tinge of solace and adventure to your bodies.

  1. Reservation can be done online or at reception (Depends on availability)
  2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel(s).
  3. As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel(s) due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
  4. Check-In time is 11 AM and Check-Out Time is 12 noon.
  5. Extra bed can be accommodated with a Sofa cum Bed or a mattress, subject to room size & availability.
  6. Local ID proof & Pan card will not be acceptable as ID proof.
  7. In case of an increase in the hotel(s) tariff (due to an event or festive occasion) the customer is liable to pay the difference, if the period of stay falls within this duration.
  8. All hotel(s) charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Independence Day, Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel(s).
